Introduction;
Protecting the nation’s sovereignty is a major responsibility of the Pakistan Army, a vital component of the country’s defense. In its capacity as the principal arm of the Pakistan Armed Forces, it is in charge of military operations conducted on land. As the army’s top commander, the President of Pakistan makes sure that the army is in line with the interests of the country. The four-star general in charge of the army’s tactical and strategic orientation is known as the Chief of Army Staff. The Pakistan Army is still a key player in the nation’s defense system because of its solid command structure and dedication to national security.
Eligibility / Requirement
Citizens males from Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan, whether married or unmarried, are eligible.

- Soldier in General Duty
- Soldier in Technical Trade
- Soldier in Military Police
- Soldier Driver
- Soldier Clerk
- Sentry Worker to Soldier
Age;
For All Candidates: Ages range from 17 to 23 years as of 30 November 2024.
For Sentry Worker: Ages range from 17 to 35 years as of 30 November 2024.
Age Relaxation: Candidates with a graduate degree or higher enjoy an additional year of age relaxation.
Qualification
| For soldier General Duty, soldier Driver and Soldier Military Police, candidates from Balochistan and the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. | At least a matriculation qualification or higher. However, children of martyrs are eligible with a minimum of a middle school education

| Clerk | Candidates from the merged districts of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa need to have at least an Intermediate qualification (C Green). |
| Soldier Technical Trade | Candidates must have a minimum of Matric with Science (C grade) Prefer to higher education. For applicants from Gilgit-Baltistan, the minimum requirement is an Intermediate (D Green). Additionally, having a computer diploma or higher education will be an added advantage |
| Cook Position | candidates with a minimum of Middle but cooking experience will be preferred |
| Sentry Worker | Applicants should be literate, with at least a primary education. |

Necessary documents
Applicants need to bring their original documents along with two attested photocopies, four passport-sized photographs, a Computerized National Identity Card, and a State of Domicile. Candidates from Azad Kashmir must also provide a Resident Certificate. Additionally, those applying with concessions should ensure they have food with them.
